The Inn at Mary’s Land Farm is a small, boutique inn nestled on 160 acres of working farmland in Ellicott City, Maryland. Every morning our team cooks and serves a fresh, made-from-scratch breakfast for our guests using ingredients grown and raised right here on the farm. We’re a close-knit crew where everyone pitches in, looks out for one another, and takes real pride in creating stays that guests talk about for years. Head Innkeeper
Lead our inn operations, manage a small team of innkeepers, and serve as the face of Mary’s Land Farm for guests from around the world. You’ll oversee everything from reservations and room standards to events and seasonal programming all while helping us grow into a premier agritourism destination.

Assistant Innkeeper
Join our team to help prepare and serve fresh farm breakfasts, reset guest rooms, and keep the inn warm and welcoming. No prior experience needed, just reliability, a great attitude, and a love of good food and people. Roughly 16–24 hours per week.
