Guests choose from a selection of our comfortable accommodations in our Historic Inn. Each guest stay includes farm-fresh breakfast every morning! Able to accommodate various dietary options, it’s a perfect blend of accommodation and getaway. Get to spend your time on a working farm that has much to offer. From meeting to our animals to attending wellness workshops, it’s the best choice around.

Animal Encounters
Private Experience
Animal encounters at Mary’s Land Farm are designed to be intimate — just you and the animals, without the crowd. Each session is kept to 4–6 guests so everyone gets real, up-close time with the animals rather than watching from a distance. It’s a personal experience that’s hard to find anywhere else.
Featuring Our Barnyard Friends
Our animal encounters bring you face to face with some of our most beloved farm residents. Expect to spend time with our bunnies, goats, Zebu calves, and lambs — each one cared for daily by our team and genuinely comfortable around people. It’s hands-on, unhurried, and honestly just a really good time.
Visit the Petting Farm
Our petting farm gives you open access to our animal paddocks, where our animals live and roam as part of our rotational grazing system; the way they’re meant to. Come say hello to our emus, cows, sheep, goats, bunnies, pigs, calves, ducks, and chickens, all in their natural habitat. It’s a chance to slow down, and see farm life.

Farmstay Experiences
Enjoy an Exclusive Farm Tour
Let one of our guides give you an exclusive tour of the farm, dating back to 1835. This 160-acre property is home to numerous historic sights such as our Icehouse and Spring house along with our animals and so much more! Learn not only about history, but the practice of sustainable agriculture through our guided tour and interactive demonstrations. This is a walking tour but can be a wagon ride tour with request.
Learn More with Farm Chores
Put on your boots, get your hands dirty and help the farmers in their day-to-day chores on the farm! Learn about and interact with our farm animals whether that be venturing into our chicken coop, collecting chicken eggs, feeding the pigs and horses, or even bottle feeding the lambs or calves!
Cozy Family In-Farm Bonfire
Enjoy a cozy evening under the stars with our farm bonfire. We’ll get the supplies gathered; you bring the stories and marshmallows! A relaxed, guest-tended bonfire experience. We provide the fire, you create the memories. Perfect for a casual evening with friends, family and couples!
Greenhouse Tour
Step into a living world of color, fragrance, and innovation as we guide you through our expansive 17,000-square-foot greenhouse—home to our thriving Deep Water Culture (DWC) hydroponic garden. This behind-the-scenes tour is designed to inspire curiosity, awaken the senses, and connect guests to the future of sustainable growing.

Ancient Grains Baked Goods Keepsake Package
Add a beautiful tin full of our most popular baked goods to your stay. This decorative tin holds two servings of four types of our goods baked with ancient grains. It includes a custom print watercolor of the Inn from Maryland artist, Kas Rohm, and detailed ingredient information. Purchase and either take this gift home as a reminder of your visit to the farm, give it away as a gift to a loved one or enjoy the baked goods while you are here.
Farm Picnic Basket
Find your favorite spot on the farm and savor our delightful picnic basket featuring farm-fresh ingredients. Enjoy chicken salad and/or ham & cheese sandwiches, accompanied by a fresh veggie salad, potato salad, fruit, artisanal sodas, and ginger einkorn cookies. Utensils, basket and blanket provided but not included in rate for take home. Please let us know ahead of time of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Add on our thoughtfully curated Mary’s Land Farm Snack Pack to have waiting for you in your room upon arrival!
