Inn Policies
General Information:
- We do not allow any pets to stay with guests at the Inn. We offer horse boarding but cannot accommodate any other pets on our farm.
- Smoking, Vaping, or the use of Marijuana is not allowed inside buildings or within 20 feet of buildings. We do not allow the use of candles inside our rooms, it will set off the fire alarm.
- Occupancy in the Inn is limited to registered guests staying at The Inn at Mary’s Land Farm, unless event space has been rented.
Self-Check In Is Any Time After 3:00 P.M.
- The Front Door/Back Door and rooms have a keyless touch pad system, you will receive a door code prior to arrival. We do NOT have a front desk.
Standard Check Out is at 11:00 A.M.
- You may add late-check out for a fee when booking.
Payment:
- We accept all major credit cards. All Reservations are charged the full amount of the stay at time of booking.
- We do not accept cash transactions for the rooms being a small Inn with no cash box.
Cancellation and No-Shows
- Individual Room Bookings: Cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded 85% of your reservation payment.
- If you cancel 14 days or less prior to your stay, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file is charged for the full amount of your stay at time of booking. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
- Full House Rentals: You may receive an 85% refund up until 60 days prior to your stay. No refunds will be given within 60 days of arrival.
ROOMS REQUIRING EXCESSIVE CLEANING OR CONTAINING DAMAGE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUESTS AND FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. FEES WILL BE CHARGED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE INN AT MARY’S LAND FARM.
